Three nutritious meals will be prepared daily and mindfully selected to pair perfectly with the emotional work we will do together. Prior to the retreat, each guest will have an opportunity to provide any dietary restrictions. The health and safety of our guests are our top priority.
An immersive weekend retreat with an emphasis on techniques to assist with releasing blocks. The intention of these techniques is to open up space to live from a place of our true desires.
Some of the techniques used will include: Hypnotherapy, Yoga Therapy, Breath Therapy, Deep Guided Meditation, and Journaling.
You deserve to leap over life's challenges with grace, ease and support. This retreat provides a launching point to face and work through a hurdle or barrier that you currently feel in your life. You will get the support you need from a highly experienced Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Yoga Therapist who can guide you through your personal journey of exploring difficulty so that you can live more in alignment with what you desire in your life.

Welcome to Seeds of Wellness Retreats, founded by Michelle Cermak, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 800), and Certified Hypnotherapist. Michelle has 15 years of experience helping people overcome obstacles in their life. Through her own experience with talk therapy, meditation, and yoga, she offers a unique path to healing and wholeness. Her goal is to empower individuals to achieve an integrated experience of self and connectedness with others.
